First, email returns@dignityxworth.com and include your reason(s) for returning or exchanging along with your order number. You will receive a reply notifying you that we received your request. If you do not notify us first, returns and exchanges will not be considered.

Second, if your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label so that you may return the item(s) to us.

After the accepted return is received, a full refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please remember that it will take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to apply the refund.

The most efficient way to execute an exchange will be simply to return the initial item(s) and purchase the desired item(s).

To be considered for an exchange, item(s) must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, free of damage, and free of fragrance and odors.
